Terms of Service: Commissions
Once ordering a commission from me (CharaWhy) you agree to the following:
>Any form of my work must be credited in the description your work (by linking either my Ko-fi page or any other social platform) unless said otherwise by me (CharaWhy) and given strict permission to not credit said work.
Payment and Service:
>Payment can only be done through Ko-fis' preferred service: "Stripe".
>Chargebacks are not acceptable, please contact me if you wish for a refund, I will offer either a full or partial refund depending on how far I was with the commission. If you receive a full refund, you automatically accept that my work may not be used in your project, even when credit has been given.
>If you ask me to redo or change parts of my commission more then 3 times, I have the right to charge extra.
>Once a commission has been completed, refunds are not eligible.
Creators Rights:
>I own the rights to my created work and may use it to promote my work, post it on my socials and use it on my portfolios.
Clients usage rights:
>Feeding or using my work to train AI is prohibited.
>Altering, modifying or distributing my work as yours is prohibited.
>You may be given permission to post my work onto your account. However, you are prohibited from monetizing and distributing my work on distribution platforms.
Terms of Service: Music and Fair Use
>You are allowed to make edits and remixes of my work as long as credit is given. However, you may not distribute or monetize it commercially, including through distribution services such as DistroKid, TuneCore, or similar platforms.
>You are allowed to use my music on creative media, such as gameplay videos, playthroughs etc. However, reposting my work onto your account is prohibited without permission from me (CharaWhy).
